Crypto heatmap
A crypto heatmap turns a list of coins into tiles. TickHeat lets you choose the list, then colour and size it, instead of handing you one preset map of the largest coins.
What the tiles show
Colour usually means percent change over a window you pick. Size can follow market cap, volume or an equal weight, so a smaller coin is not hidden just because its market cap is smaller. The point of the picture is a scan: which names are up, which are down, and which ones take up the board.
A public crypto heatmap is often the same top-coins map for everyone. That is useful when you want the broad market. It is less useful when your list is ten coins you already hold or watch. A TickHeat board is that shorter list. You can still keep a wider crypto board beside it.
More than one shape
The same coins can be a heatmap, bubbles, cards, a list or a matrix of timeframes. Bubbles are another way to see size and colour. The matrix shows whether a move is only on a short window. Split view can put a crypto board next to forex or stocks.
Live tick flash highlights a tile when its price ticks. The news feed sits beside the board. On Pro, scanner signals and Why is it moving add a short note about a coin, citing headlines. Token unlocks and, on Pro, liquidations, funding and the whale tape are in Explore. None of these is a recommendation to buy or sell.
Mix it, or do not
A crypto board can stay crypto-only. It can also hold EUR/USD or a share, if that is the list you check in the morning. Read the forex heatmap and stock heatmap pages for those markets. Commodities are not available yet.

Questions
What is a crypto heatmap?
A crypto heatmap draws coins as tiles. Colour usually shows percent change, and size can show market cap, volume or an equal weight. You scan the picture instead of reading a long list.
Can I choose the coins?
Yes. TickHeat boards are lists you build. You are not limited to one preset ranking of the largest coins.
Is the heatmap only crypto?
No. The same board can include forex and stocks. There is also a crypto-only board if that is the list you want.
Build a crypto board
Open TickHeat and add the coins you follow. You can mix in other markets later.
