Legal

Terms

These terms cover the TickHeat website at tickheat.com and the app at tickheat.app. They are written in plain English. They are not a substitute for legal advice about your own situation.

Last updated 18 October 2026.

The service

TickHeat lets you build market boards and view them in a browser. Desktop and mobile apps described on the site are not part of the service until they are actually released. Do not expect a download.

Accounts

You can use a guest session, or create an account with an email address. You are responsible for that inbox. Don’t share an account in a way that lets someone else change your boards or billing.

Plans and billing

Prices are listed on the pricing page: Free at $0, Pro at $9.99 per month or $79 per year, and Pro+ at $19.99 per month. Pro and Pro+ include a 7-day free trial. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel from the billing portal. Taxes may be added where the law requires. Features marked coming soon are not owed on the day you subscribe.

Widgets

You may embed the widgets on a site you control. Free and Pro embeds must keep the TickHeat link visible. Don’t crop, cover or restyle the frame to hide it. Pro+ is the plan for an unbranded widget. Embedding does not give you the right to resell the market data as a feed.

Acceptable use

Don’t attack the service, probe it for other people’s accounts, overload it, or misrepresent TickHeat output as personalised financial advice. Don’t scrape the product to rebuild a data product of your own.

No advice

The disclaimer is part of these terms. Signals and other notes are information. You can lose money. TickHeat is not liable for trading losses to the extent the law allows.

The name and the pages

The TickHeat name, logo and the text on this website belong to the product. You may link to public pages. Don’t copy the brand and present it as your own product.

Changes

We can update these terms by changing this page. The date at the top will move. If a change is not acceptable, stop using the service. Mandatory consumer rights where you live still apply. These terms do not choose a court.
